-NO Smoking or Vaping: Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside or outside the home including the patio and driveway.
-No Pets on Site: Absolutely no pets are allowed on premises.
-No Events or House Parties: Neighbor complaints are monitored.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily. Please be respectful to our neighbors as we love our quiet area of Butler Beach in the evening time. Being loud, screaming, splashing in the pool, playing music or watching t.v. loudly after this time is unacceptable.
-Guests must be 25 years old to book & must be present for the duration of the stay.
-Pool & Spa: No diving, no running, no peeing, no food, no glass, no pushing. Swim At Your Own Risk/No Lifeguard on Duty. Follow pool safety at all times. The pool and spa can be heated for an extra charge of $40/day, otherwise it will NOT be heated. Please let me know in advance. If you choose heated pool/spa, the pool will be set at 85 and spa at 101 degrees (when activated, the spa takes up to 3-4 hours to heat to 101 degrees depending on outside temp. The pool and spa are seasonal, if the air temperature is under 60 degrees, the pool/spa may not get to desired temperature. DO NOT TOUCH POOL EQUIPMENT! I monitor the pool from my app and can see if anything has been changed.
-There is an extra fee for a heated pool or spa. Please let me know in advance if you would like to have the pool or spa heated. $40 per day. Takes up to 24 hours to heat up.
-NO SOAP in pool or spa, bubbles in the pool or spa will result in a professional clean and extra fees will result. Please SHOWER OFF at outdoor shower before entering the pool and spa.
-NO GLASS in patio or pool area, please use plastic cups which are provided. If broken glass is found in the pool or spa, extra fees will result.
-No TAPE, GLUE or THUMBTACKS of any sort on the walls or window frames for decorations.
-Off Limit areas: Locked owners closets, attic spaces, pool equipment.
-No unregistered guests allowed. Maximum of 9 guests allowed.
-Keep all vehicles parked on the driveway and not on the street.
-Do not flush feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, tissues, paper towels or anything other than toilet paper for risk of plugging the sewer system which will incur plumbing fees. There is a septic tank that is sensitive to items being flushed .

Departure Checklist

- Please turn off all the lights/fans and make sure all the doors and windows are closed and locked when you leave.
- Please complete cleaning activities:
- All cookware/dishes cleaned and put away (clean dishes in the dishwasher is ok).
- Throw away all opened food/drink.
- Bag all trash and put it in the proper trash can (blue is recycled, black must be bagged trash (nothing loose).
- Place all used towels on the shower/tub floor in the bathrooms.

The space

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and fun, beachy decor. One primary king, 2 queen, 1 queen/twin bunk above queen.

2 full bathrooms, both stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers and one powder room on the main level. The primary on the main floor has a walk in shower and there is a tub/shower for guests upstairs.

Whether you're traveling with kids or adults, everyone will have their own cozy space to relax and unwind.

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Pack-n-play, high chair, board games, books, and beach toys. Kid-friendly dinnerware also is provided. The garage is stocked with surf boards, boogie boards, corn hole, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas are all included.

Outdoor Space:
Our private backyard is perfect for kicking back with your morning coffee, grilling dinner on the BBQ, or winding down after a day of adventure. Enjoy the multiple patio areas with outdoor seating, string lights for ambiance, firepit with sofa seating, 2 chaise lounges, a grassy area for kids to play, and a basketball hoop in the driveway.

Location:
La Flamingo Beach House is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the new Publix grocery store, Starbucks and restaurants. Only a 12 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and a few minute drive to St. Augustine Beach.

Downtown St. Augustine is really busy and fun. There is a parking garage and street parking. Expect a wait at most restaurants especially at dinner time. Fun to walk around and dine/shop. There are cobblestones, so I suggest flat shoes.
